Please note that we do not accept Medicare, and due to federal regulations (42 U.S.C. § 1395y(a)(1)(A)), we are unable to accept self-pay from Medicare beneficiaries for services that would otherwise be covered by Medicare. We encourage Medicare recipients to seek care from a provider who participates in the Medicare program.

We offer flexible self-pay options:
Insurance Coverage
If we are out-of-network with your insurance;
If we don’t accept your insurance, we can provide a receipt (Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
